Can a wilder Devon be part of your life story?

We cannot do our vital work without the help of gifts in Wills

We work for a countryside that buzzes with life, for seas filled with whales, dolphins, seagrass and kelp forests; for clean rivers, teeming with fish, for woodlands alive with birdsong and greener cities blazing with wildflowers. For a world where seeing a hedgehog, an otter, a seahorse, murmurations of starlings and clouds of butterflies can be part of everyone's daily experience.  A world where we all care about our threatened wildlife and , together, protect it for the future.

We have achieved so much, thanks to the generosity of those who love Devon's wildlife and beautiful wild places as much as we do, but there is so much more to be done.

Will you help us and make  Devon Wildlife Trust and a wilder Devon part of your life story?

Can a wilder Devon be part of your life Story?

For 60 years, we have been working hard to protect wildlife and Devon's stunning wild places. Our staff, our volunteers and our supporters are a community of individuals who love Devon, love wildlife and who believe passionately, that a better world is one where nature thrives. Can you imagine a Devon without wildlife? We can’t. It’s what makes where we live so special.

Your gift is in safe hands

I have made a gift in my Will to Devon Wildlife Trust because Devon's beauty has a special place in my heart. I grew up in Devon and remember waking to the sound of birdsong, running with my brothers through the woods and family picnics by the river. I had such a happy childhood, and as I look back on my life I realise that the gift I want to pass on to others is that same joy in nature that I have been lucky enough to experience.

Every penny we spend is used well and supports our work to safeguard Devon’s precious wildlife.  And as a long-standing member of the Fundraising Standards Board, we have made a public promise to adhere to best practice, honesty, transparency, clarity and accountability in all fundraising activity.

You might be interested to know that membership and other donations only account for around 30% of our income . Your gift however large or small will make a difference. After providing for your loved ones, please remember Devon Wildlife Trust in your Will and be confident that every penny you give will be spent protecting Devon’s wildlife.
