Nextdoor Nature

What is Nextdoor Nature?

From 2022 to 2024, Nextdoor Nature supported community-led projects, helping to create a greener and wilder Exeter. While the project has ended, DWT's Wilder Communities team are supporting communities to get their ideas off the ground.

Nextdoor Nature has been bringing communities together to help nature flourish where they live and work! Thanks to £5million funding from The National Lottery Heritage Fund, Nextdoor Nature has provided people with the advice and support they need to help nature on their doorstep, and leave a lasting natural legacy to mark The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee.
