Venue and Events Co-Ordinator - Administrator, part-time 0.4 FTE, flexible hours considered

Salary: £16,979 per annum FTE (pro-rata for part-time) plus quarterly bonus

Location: Cricklepit Mill, Exeter

Do you have experience as an administrative co-ordinator, with excellent communication skills and a great telephone manner? Would you like to work as part of a friendly team that helps local Wildlife Trusts recruit new members?

South West Wildlife Fundraising Limited (SWWFL) is looking for a highly organised, self-motivated and resourceful person to source and book good quality venues/events for our Membership Recruiters to attend to enable them to promote the work of the Trusts.  

If you have co-ordinator (or similar) experience in a sales, marketing or customer service/customer-facing environment, considerable experience of telephone work and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office programmes and databases/CRMs, this rewarding role could be for you.

We are looking for a person to fill this permanent part-time post for 15 hours per week over two or three days, flexible hours considered, which will be based at Cricklepit Mill (Devon Wildlife Trust’s head office) in Exeter. There may be an opportunity to increase hours up to 20 hours per week in busy periods.
